Ranch® kitchen. Whenever possible credit is given to recipe originators. Chestnut history,
information, facts, and photos are also compiled from a variety of sources.
The Green Valley Chestnut Ranch® grows fresh Colossal Variety chestnuts. The ranch also
imports specialty chestnut products from Italy, France, and China.
The Green Valley Chestnut Ranch® is a certified and registered as an ‘Organic
Producer/Handler/Processor’ by the California State Department of Food and
Agriculture (California Organic Foods Act of 1990) and is a member of the American
Chestnut Foundation and the Chestnut Growers of America.
