GGSCF's fist publication made possible by children/youth who contributed towards the "Sikh Story Writing" contest in 2005/2006, Sakhian is a collection of over 10 stories and poems written by children varying in age from seven all the way up to seventeen. The book is an account of some of the most best-loved stories from Sikh history, all told with an imagination and voice that can only be found in the writings of our dear children. <p> "...inspiring to see how young minds imagine these stories ..... great idea of having children contribute and putting them in print...." Kamalpreet Kaur (Toronto, Canada) <p> "...hope this inspires more children to read but also to write... keep up the good effort and print another edition as soon as you can...." Rajpal Singh (Southhampton, UK) <p> "...when a friend gave me this book I did not take it seriously, but seeing my kids interest... well done GGSCF..."Baljinder Kaur (Ottobrunn, West Germany)
