Preparing for Ayahuasca Ceremony can be daunting for some, especially where food is concerned. Many of our favorite flavor profiles and seasonings must be avoided for anywhere from 7 to 30 days before Ceremony, depending on the prescribed direction of the practitioners with whom you’re about to sit.. I’ve taken great care developing the nourishing and flavorful dieta-friendly recipes found within these pages, and Mother Ayahuasca approves.
