When it aired in prime time in 1962, the adventures of Top Cat were a ratings flop, and that might have ended the story ---- but when moved to Saturday mornings, the city-fied, crafty, cunning cat found his audience. He was a 1960s staple in various spots in Saturday morning, and his comic series ran well into the 1970s. These are the wacky adventures of “T.C” and his gang of feline ne'er do wells in modern day New York. They are classy (in their minds) and successful (in their dreams). TC and the Gang moved from publisher to publisher over the years, and this collection – the only public domain issues of this great title (1962-1963) include the first three from Dell and the next three from Western/Gold Key. Time to sit back and remember the good ol' days!
