Roger Wright vowed to avenge the death of his brother at the hands of Soviet agents, and uses his great wealth and genius to become THE AVENGER. He relies on his brains and his inventions to overpower and outwit his enemies – but he's darn good with his fists as well! He battles against the agents of the USSR as well as other super-villains, and his adventures are definitely out of the ordinary - -especially when many of them are penned by the master Bob Powell. Alas, his series only lasted four issues, but Gwandanaland / Midcentury Comics has brought his stories altogether in print for the first time in two generations!
