Hanna grew up in a strict Quaker family. In time, she succumb to the Holiness Movement, which has its roots in the Wesley Brothers who founded the Methodists. Her works are simple and yet contain numerous bezels of wisdom, both practical and profound. Within this presentation are presented two of her most influential works, “God of All Comfort & The Christian’s Secret to a Happy Life.” The insights she gleaned from her own experiences and those of her fellow believers she wrote down along with the answers she believes God has revealed to her. These words and writings have stood the time of testimony and continue to satisfy those who turn to these very pages years after she first penned them. To date, many readers continue to be refreshed and nourished by her words.
