Natasha hates her life. her 'cinderella-like' aunt and uncle, plus her cousin make her life seem like a cinderella story. the only thing she finds interesting in her whole existance, is the horse farm across the road. she finally finds the courage to run away from home, probably to the pleasure of her family. from horse farm to horse farm, this book shows what it takes to find a place in a world filled with nasty characters, and people who don't have the same values as you. this is an easy read, not one of hannah gaetani's better books. a good book for younger children with a love for horses, and racing them.
