If you are more advanced, you can perform one 4-minute workout in the morning and one in the afternoon. Or you can even perform 2 rounds of a workout. • Make sure you are being active during your rest days. Go for a long walk, bike ride, play a sport, etc. • Cool down appropriately after completing a workout by foam rolling or stretching.
