Since the dawn of humankind, all foods on the planet were organic. From our great- grandparents on back thousands of generations, everyone ate only organic food. There was no other type of food available.We use 4 billion pounds of pesticides annually, of which only 10% have been studied for toxicity. Pesticide residues were five times more likely to be found on conventional food versus organic foods.
