Perls In The Desert

This book presents pictures of an Uzbekistan trip. The trip started in Tashkent. From here the journey went first to the nearly dried up lake Aral Sea and from there to Khiva, Bukhara and Samarkand. The tour crossed many fascinating images of a far away history. However, many of the more than 2000 years old towns and buildings have not lost their fascination. It was an attempt to capture these impressions with a camera.
