Black Sunshine

The year is 1861, and America is at war. The rebels in the south are fighting a winning battle against the northern Union. A former black slave named Willard is caught in the midst of the fighting with his cousin Jeb, and close friend Tom. They sign up to fight for the Union’s causes and through a series of battles and heartbreak, end up at the cruel plantation from where their story originated. Forced to make a most difficult decision between family, and country, Willard must decide what is most important.
