Tokyo, 2012, is full of crime and hate; presence of the immoral alliance: Akuma’s Cold Fire’. A group involved in anything illegal and wrong. They supply and use firearms, narcotics and counterfeit money. They sell their illegal goods to absolutely anybody, even small children. They also go around causing havoc and destruction; robbing, mugging, injuring and killing anybody in sight purely for their own perverse amusement. As Cold Fire specialise in the three previous categories, they hideout in three major bases; ‘The Forgery Franchise’, ‘The Narcotic Franchise’ and ‘The Firearm Franchise’. All three of the bases are hidden and camouflaged discreetly making it hard for anyone to find them. Only one man can put an end to all this injustice and bring down Cold Fire.
