Kristina Hendren B.A

Group Benefits Associate (GBA) Prior to joining CFG in 2010, Kristina worked a brokerage firm in London Ontario as a customer service coordinator since 2005. Kristina works as part of the client care team at CFG providing the first point of contact for all client and plan member enquiries. Kristina also leads many of the technology integration strategies at CFG. Kristina has a strong focus on managing our third party administration and group insurance clients. Kristina is well versed in all aspects of benefits administration, contract interpretation, legislation and compliance. Kristina is a Graduate of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Arts, with a postgraduate degree in Business Administration. Kristina is currently completing her GBA (Group Benefit Associate).
