
The story opens November 2004, it is a narration of the events and findings of Devon Arason. Narrated by Jack P. Arason, Jack gives you a picture of global events in a significant way, helping you the reader to place them in the story of the world. Devon was in Tasmania on account of her job with her government. Key events that happen here in Tasmania set Devon off on worldwide global hunt for explanations to some of the worlds most profound and baffling questions man has ever uttered. The whale strandings were just one of many instants that have taken place worldwide that led up to the great change. Department of Ocean and Fisheries a government institute was chosen as a starting point or frame of reference for the audience, to put the narrative of history into a contextual time frame and is part of the story as well as the reader of the story.
