In Development: A Screenplay

IN DEVELOPMENT is a dark thriller about a serial killer in the entertainment industry. Jake Taylor, a failing film maker, writer and actor, is trying several avenues to 'make it' in the film industry. Working out of his run-down apartment, he runs a fictional 'production company'; and through phone calls, faxes, industry parties, premieres, auditions, bar, industry meetings and events, constantly pitches and hustles his 'films' that are 'in development'. Told through the eyes of Jake, the film follows his daily routines as he struggles to make it in the entertainment industry. After murdering an aspiring actress, Jake continues to murder his way to the top. IN DEVELOPMENT is a very dark thriller about the film industry.
