Caravansary

Caravansary explores age-old themes of wandering, displacement, and personal identity amid the challenges of modernity. Its poems range geographically from Central Asia to West Africa but primarily reflect experiences drawn from the changing Middle East as well as today’s global village. The book’s episodes and memoirs stretch chronologically from the long-ago days of caravan trade and tribal migration up to the present and into an obscure future.
