Mythalyria is under Outcast siege, with modern weapons brought out of the past. Surviving members of the League of Two Hundred are imprisoned behind it's granite walls. President Webster has gone insane, obsessed with his own immortality. Secretly he plans to eliminate all competition for the power he now holds.
