Alone?

This story follows Kyle Summers in his search for his wife Karen. She has been working on research fro disease cures. She lies in a reasearch centre over the far side of a eerie horror town. Mixing horror, science-fiction and mystery into the novel adds an insecurity to the novel. Humans and animals have been infected by a disease on a cellular level changing them into something from hell. There is no let up for one moment from beginning to end as Kyle enters the fog covered town. Noises sound around, groans, screams, cries. They are everywhere, which way should he go? How does he get to the research centre and is he alone?
