Much has been written about the Person and work of the Holy Spirit throughout the 20th and 21st centuries. However, the topic is one which many Christians still struggle to understand. What does the Bible teach about the Holy Spirit? What is His role in salvation? How does He work in the hearts of believers? What does it mean to be filled with the Spirit?
In THE GREAT COMFORTER, Pastor James Smith addresses these and other questions in a series of thirty-two short devotions. This book serves as an excellent Biblical overview of the Holy Spirit’s ministry, while emphasizing the chief purpose of His work – to bring glory and honour to the Lord Jesus Christ.
