Prayers from the Playa

I have this idea! This is the magic of Burning Man for me. To think of something you want to create and then go about trying to do it. When you start with this intent and put it out there in the creative universe, it starts to travel around and collect good things. Suddenly you have the beginnings of something you weren’t sure could be possible. I wanted to be a part of the Burning Man art community again this year so as I was thinking about the theme, The American Dream, I got to wondering what this would mean to those attending Burning Man. So I came up with this idea to have something similar to a prayer wheel, where you could put your prayer or wish into something that would spin. The action of the spinning would send the energy of intent out into the Universe to start to create. So that is what I did and this is where these prayers came from. Their intent has already gone out and has started to manifest. What is left behind here to read, are the words that were used to describe the energy.
