About the Novel The novel, The Tough Cop, revolves around Madam Judy, the newly appointed Chief Inspector of Police, determined to tackle crime within her jurisdiction. Her transfer to the current police station as officer commanding station (OCS) of Riverside Police Station seeks to reduce high crime rates and runaway corruption even among the members of her team. Chief Inspector Judy starts her investigation at Ben5, the liquor joint where her team of detectives meets Liza. Liza helps Chief Inspector Judy to finally arrest Boss, a cartel involved in international crime in the guise of a philanthropist out to help the needy in the streets. Later on, it becomes clear that Boss, the criminal, disguises himself as a man of God and owns a large modern church named Delano International Ministries.
