Ten years following the events of Metropolis being destroyed by his Uncle; Zor El and the death of his long time love; Lana, Jake has been living in a mountain village to find himself peace after retiring from being Superman. Now ten years later, a darkness from the galaxy hits close to home and brings about his return to stop the world from being overtaken by darkness.
