Discovering My Beloved

Discovering the Beloved is a collection of poems that follow the journey of a mind trying to come to terms with Borderline Personality Disorder and PTSD. What started out as a form of therapy became a lesson in self-discovery. With the introduction, and influence, of poetry by Rumi, these poems evolved into the Discovery of the Beloved. Discovering the Beloved is poetry that examines the conflicts between the mind and the soul as it tries to find acceptance with the experiences that shape our lives.
