The Handlings

If you look very closely at your hands, you'll see strange and wondrous creatures living in the swirls of your fingerprints. The Handlings. For longer than any Handling can remember, there has been a bitter war between the Handlings that live on the right hand and those on the left. This feud is inflamed daily as the two countries are thrust together whtn the hands meet. During one of these 'Meets' two young Handlings from the opposite hands, Julius and Amathea, stumble upon each other and fall in love. And it's this moment that the two realize that they are destined to bring peace to their people. Just then, the hands are torn apart and the two are separated. If he wants to end the bitter feud and be reuinted with Amathea, Julius must travel across the body to Leftland. Love and peace await him in Leftland. But only if he can survive the trip.
