The Last Beat

I write a poetry of reluctant defiance. The situations portrayed in the poems are often surreal. The poems in general lack for metaphor; except taken as a whole, they view the world askew, which is metaphor in the larger sense. Often, the poems are angry, occasionally they are loving, and generally they are accepting, because they are defiant.
