A Collection of Writings

This book is filled with pieces that I have written throughout the year. All of these pieces are different but some are similar because of their genre, or mood. The first piece is called Paranoia, which is about a young woman who is just going through her day like normal when she sees something moving in her arm. She desperately tries to figure out what it is, and that leads her to a terrifying discovery. The second writing is a poem called Heartbreak, this poem is about how painful a broken heart can be. The third piece is called Late Night Drives, this is a more personal piece of writing that I made just to express how stressful life can be sometimes, and how I can never find time to think other than during late-night drives. The fourth writing is called The Knocking in the Night, this piece is about a girl waiting for her boyfriend when she hears a faint knocking sound coming from somewhere in her room. She goes to investigate and the sound ends up leading her through a whirlwind of emotions. The fifth piece is a poem called Your Name, this writing is about the beauty of a name. The sixth and final writing is called Beauty Is All Around Us. This final piece is a poem about how you can find beauty in everything if you look hard enough.
