Suicide offers the prospect of the final relief, but at the cost ruining the name of its victims. Though viewed by many as the ultimate selfish, self-destructive, and self-desecrating act, suicide leaves us with only fragments to piece together in our desperate search as to why.
John Parish, a motivational speaker with a pseudo-evangelist theme, delivers onto himself a terrible, self-inflicting demise through the use of hanging. Pressured by years of depression, which eroded his perception of his own self-worth, John embarks on his sixth attempt for suicide when he, all of a sudden, reacts by clinging on so desperately to life, which flashes before his eyes, treating him to a moment of self-reflection through a jaded lens.
