The Shopping Guide is a catalogue of Unit values for everyday branded and non-branded food and drink items. The Guide lists products from manufacturers including Heinz, Walkers, Birds Eye, McCain and Muller plus many more. It features supermarket listings focussing on Asda, Sainsburys and Tesco. It also contains listings for Morrisons, M&S, Waitrose and more. We have a very user-friendly layout to our Shopping Guide. It is designed like the aisles of a supermarket (e.g. Fruit, Pasta, Cereals, etc). Once in your chosen aisle simple find the manufacturer or retailer in A-Z format. This is a fantastic book, ideal for Jigsaw Slimmers who like to plan their menus in advance, or for spotting low Unit treats before you hit the shops!
