The City Goes Dark

A citywide blackout plunges New Victory into near-total darkness, and no one else seems to be stepping up to do anything except Ernest, a maintenance worker. He's enlisted by a local doctor to get the hospital AI system back online and figure out what's gone wrong. He soon finds it's not one problem but several: someone has sabotaged the hospital, people aren't looking away from screens, and the AI system is not behaving as usual...
