Keeper of Lore is a collection of epic poetry tales and lore from a world of strange gods, reluctant heroes, powerful magic and unbidden Fate. There are two significant tales told in this book. Finder Cloudburst is about a fisherman named Grub. The story begins with a raid on his village that leads him to a new job. He enjoys the thrill of adventure until he brings an unexpected danger to his village. The other tale is entitled The Demon Plague Verses. Two fellows find themselves enslaved on a ship, imprisoned on an island and witnessing the birth of a catastrophic event that will change the lives of every living person. There are poems telling the lore of Linomnount: its culture, magic and religion. There are letters between people that describe the events of the Demon Plague from other points of view.
