The book is being sold at production cost, with no profit for author or editor. There are two versions available, a full-color paperback version that is printed on glossy, photo-paper and a hardback version that is printed on traditional paper; each offers certain benefits. I am told by the publisher that a photo-quality hardback will someday be a reality. This is the full-color paperback.
