Catfighting Neighbours

Kate's next-door neighbour, Sandra, is forever flirting with Kate's man. Young and beautiful, Kate hardly feels threatened by the older woman, although she dislikes Sandra intensely. Kate comes home from work one day to find Sandra in her kitchen, barely dressed, and hitting on her fiance. A heated argument quickly turns into a fierce fight, one which Kate's fiance is only too happy to watch. Will Kate prevail in front of her man, or will the older woman teach her a painful lesson?
