This is a photography book on China. Over 200 images taken in 2008 including the 2008 Olympic venues. Also included is the 798 Art District. China makes the news daily in the USA. that we see each time we visit. Beijing is getting ready for the 2008 Olympic Games - scheduled to begin on lucky 8/8/08 at 8pm. China just completed its‘ new airline terminal (the world’s largest) and work is on schedule for the Olympic venues (many of which are pictured in this book). I think China is a must see. It has great cultural attractions including the Forbidden City, The Great Wall, The Summer Palace, The Hutong districts as well as a burgeoning art scene including the 798 Art District.
