Kathy's Cookbook

This cookbook is both inspired by and dedicated to my mother, Kathy McClellan. Although she didn’t always use recipes, I used to help out in the kitchen, and with my wife’s help, I’ve tried my best to reproduce many of her signature dishes. Several of my great-grandmother’s recipes are included as well. In fact, quite a few are typical of the Donauschwäbische region where she was born (Klek, Banat)...John A. McClellan
