
The Nautilus shell has long been a favorite subject matter for artists. Edward Weston’s early rendition is perhaps the most well known among photographers. The images collected in this calendar spans years of exploring the subtle tonalities, shapes and visual uniqueness of the shells. The images were created using natural light by both film and digital cameras.
