With a childhood of poverty atop the rolling hills of Western New York, and parents stuck in an inherited alcoholic cycle, John P. Waterman had left the home to gain the experience he knew it would take to someday write a GREAT novel. His love of words exceeded everything else. After some epic adventures, the moniker, JOHN E. EPIC was adopted.
Some have referred to John E. Epic as a poet, a photography, and/or a painter, yet he considers himself a WRITER. Having 18 years of experience, John E. Epic has produced work comparable to his favorite Russian authors, yet he can only do so because he has leather-footed over half the nation, has educated himself at seven universities, and now performs across the Midwest of which he calls home and finds great potential for change.
