Before the Flood

The Book of Genesis, the books of Adam and Eve the book of Enoch. Little is mentioned about the first age of man and the angelic world other than in the gnostic books. Yet the Book of Enoch is mentioned by St. James. I have found that I have a better understanding of these saints as well as God's interaction with man. Salvation History starts with Adam and Eve and they are very important saints. The books go up to Noah and the Flood. As to why the Church Fathers did not include these books into the Bible is a question I can't answer, their importance is again being found in our generation.
