Usually printed in 3 - 5 business days
The Three Principles provide a simple means for people to find peace and greater happiness in their lives by realizing how Thought conditions what they perceive, Consciousness allows them to be aware of this conditioning, and paying attention to the wisdom of their inner Mind allows them to create new thoughts and actions. The philosophy of the Principles, also known as ‘Health Realization’ or ‘Psychology of Mind’ was first described by Scottish born mystic/visionary Sydney Banks in the late 1970s. It was then taken up by several American Psychologists, notably George Pransky and Roger Mills, who found that, despite its simplicity, it had great effect on their clients and in disrupted and disadvantaged communities. This book summarises the teachings and experience of the main theorists and practitioners of the philosophy in a simple and coherent form, ready for immediate use.
