Enjoying dessert does not have to be a guilty experience! We created this book to provide healthier, real-food alternatives for people who love to satisfy their sweet tooth or make desserts for their family, but recognize the harm that comes from over-processed, gluten-filled, sugar-heavy baked or prepared goods. Instead of recipes comprised of grains and sugar - which are void of nutrients, these desserts are loaded with nutrients as we use ingredients such as raw honey, coconut oil, dark chocolate, fresh fruit and more... Our hope is that, through trying these recipes and experiencing the joy that comes with preparing and consuming these treats, you can fall even more in love with real food.
