The Invisible Sound

The small microphones we know as lavalier, or lapel mic, are one of the most important tools that a sound recordist in his daily work. This book seeks to share various techniques about its use and care in the different formats of the audiovisual medium. These techniques are the result of more than 20 years of experience as a film and television sound recordist.
