About Joseph Mbele

I am a Tanzanian professor in the English Department at St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota, having previously taught at the University of Dar es Salaam in Tanzania. I teach Literature and Folklore from around the world. My Lulu book, "Africans and Americans: Embracing Cultural Differences," is popular, especially among Americans going to Africa and Africans living in the U.S.A.
