Neo-Hong Kong is in turmoil as a masked serial killer has been sighted ripping the limbs off of their victims. However, one activity leads to another with a fellow scav named Ping Lo ends up finding the remains of someone and takes their eyes as his one good scrap. Once he implanted them into himself, his whole world is turned upside down. Now he is forced into a battle that he didn't want any part of but is now the only chance that his home has left. Inspired by cyberpunk media from around the world, Scavs is a love letter to the dystopian world where technology is both a blessing and a curse. How will the people in this story survive?
