33 young artists from the Missouri Fine Arts Academy created portraits of 33 young Kenyan women from Carolina for Kibera's Binti Pamoja (Daughters United) project. Portraits will be delivered to the Kenyan women in July 2009. The artists receive a photo of the young woman receiving their portrait. This is the third cycle of the face.africa project, sponsored by Soulfari Kenya Inc.
