This is a result of a series of theological discussion within and among some of the pastors of Bible Centered Fellowship, Inc. in the hope of bringing out from the Scriptures the biblical and appropriate ceremony for children in our time addressing the church's need to comply to our government requiring children's baptismal certificate. Comes with English and Tagalog translations.
