No Hope For Humanity

It's easy to neglect perspective and focus on the negatives in our own personal lives, forsaking the blessings that are bestowed upon us daily. It is equally as easy to pick apart politics, religion, society as a whole, and point out flaws while ignoring the positives. This collection of poems dissects the current state of society's existence without shying away from placing blame where it belongs. There isn't anything happy or optimistic about the contents enclosed. It is a very bleak outlook on a heavily divided planet posing questions about possible outcomes. Are we headed toward another world war? or a dystopian society? Is human extinction at the end of the path we are on as a species?
