This work On the 1936 Soviet Constitution is a compilation of two pamphlets by J.V. Stalin about the Soviet Constitution first passed in 1936. We have combined Stalin on the New Constitution released in 1936 by International Publishers with On the Draft Constitution released by Foreign Languages Publishing House (Moscow) in 1945. Included is the Constitution of the Soviet Union as amended by the First, Second, Third, Sixth, Seventh, and Eighth sessions of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR.
