Kai is a proud Pompano Beach, Florida native, with rich Bahamian heritage. As a dedicated lifetime member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., he exemplifies the principles of Manhood, Scholarship, Perseverance, and Uplift.
Kai is an Army Veteran, a prolific writer, and a beacon in his community. He is a 5x self-published author whose work is driven by a deep commitment to self-improvement. His efforts extend beyond the written word, as he actively engages in volunteerism, community service, and mentoring.
Academically, Kai holds a triple major Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Retail Management, and Management Information Systems from Florida State University. However, his thirst for knowledge didn’t stop there. Kai continued his education by obtaining a Master of Science in Information Technology from Florida State University, an MBA from Georgia Tech, and a Master of Science in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance from Western Governors University.
Kai's passions lie at the intersection of self-care, mental health, and fostering positive, healthy relationships. These convictions inspired him to write and self-publish books, particularly highlighting these themes within the black community.
Outside of these endeavors, Kai loves to travel, write, read, and stay active. He values quality time with friends and loved ones and remains deeply involved in his community.
