Kamaryne Nycole Marshall is a 37-year- old mother, author, spiritual guide, and Mental Health Therapist based out of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She earned a Master of Science degree in Mental Health Counseling in 2010 from Emporia State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology in 2007 from Oklahoma State University.
Throughout her career she has assisted individuals, families, and children with a wide range of obstacles including trauma, anxiety, autism, family conflict, self-esteem challenges, and depression.
Her approach to therapy includes utilizing a person’s natural strengths to create a solution focused pathway to healing that allows individuals to experience life at the highest levels of potential.
This guided journal is the first of a book series that has been designed to assist the average individual with taking the difficult but rewarding journey through the mental and emotional healing process. Individuals who have taken this journey with her in therapy have reported feeling optimistic about the future, confident in taking steps toward goals, and more present in day to day experiences. In life, there is no true blueprint for the individual’s life.
However, if there were, it would reside within the inner-child. Connecting with and exploring the inner-child will allow you to be reintroduced to the joyous, exciting, and more pleasurable side of yourself.
