Six Degrees to Nowhere

This book is woman’s fiction; it is a book about friendships, life and growing up. Six girls, all growing up in a blue-collar town become friends. A female rat pack of sorts. The reader meets them and their families when the girls are on the brink of adolescence and then follows them through their lives until they are forty when one of the clan dies tragically. The book is basically seven stories, the six girls individually and the friendship they share.
