Karl Middleton is currently a student in Hugh Baird College Liverpool, studying Contemparary Graphic Communication under the influential tutors Andy Jones and Shirley Brown. He first started showing an intrest in Graphic Design in school under the eye of respected teacher, Dave Kelly.
Karl or, going by his DeviantArt persona, ‘NutQueg’, is still exploring his options in the field of Graphic Design, despite being a jack of all trades he is still looking for his calling. Up to now he has explored package design, product design, illustration and many other disciplines.
A lot of his insperation comes from his favourite hobbies, for example making and listening to music, and as skateboarding. Coming from an indie culture in the north of Liverpool he is influenced a lot by what goes on around him and the music he listens to, namely that of grundge band Nirvana and their frontman Kurt Cobain.
Karl has plans to attend university to make a career doing the thing he loves and enjoys most.
